I have the right to refuse commissions, for any reason(s). Reasons may be personal or because the requested commission is outside of my range.

I have the right to increase fees according to difficulty of or time taken by the piece.

The currency I accept for commissions are USD for Paypal and IDR for OVO and Shopee pay.

Commissions can be paid 100% upright, or 50% upright, as the rest of the 50% will be paid after sketch approval.

The time taken to finish the commissions will range from 3 days - 2 weeks, depending on factors that include health, the complexity of the art piece and the order of your commission.

If you require me to meet a certain deadline, let me know in advanced, and I will let you know if I can meet that deadline or not.

Once the art is complete, you will receive the full resolution of the art piece through your preferred medium, if you don't wish for it to be sent through email

You will get 2-3 early sketches for each commission you pick, alongside 2 revisions with the price.

A fee will be added if you want something changed in the final drawing. The fee will be charged per revision.

If your references are unclear to start with, changes will come at an extra charge.

I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork (your characters are still yours, etc.)

I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.

I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.

You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels, as long as you credit me.

You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, making prints for selling, etc.)

You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my consent.

You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).

You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.

The commercial rights to the image may be purchased.

The buyer/commissioner is not allowed a refund once I start working on the commission.

If I am unable to start your commission due to personal issues, you will receive a full refund.

The kill fee for canceling the commission after work has begun is 50% of the commission's price. The client then receives the work as is.

If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way.

I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you.

Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
